I wonder if it is even possible. Won't the glitter sink to the bottom, or prevent the bubbles from forming? Do you remember the type of bubbles that came in a tube? You squeezed a glob of the bubble stuff ( sort of resembles chewing gum) and apply it on the end of a small straw that comes with the tube. You then blow into the straw, and the glob expands into a bubble. These last for a long time, and can be held in your hand. You could dip the glob into the glitter before you blow up the bubble. This might work.

My hubby is a bit of a bubble making fanatic (our dogs like to chase bubbles) and he thinks it would not be possible because the little bits of glitter would change the surface tension of the bubble and they either would not form or would pop very quickly, plus the little glitter bits would be too heavy relative to the bubble thickness and strength.
But you can bet he's going to experiment and find out now that you've given him the idea!!!
